Non-Refundable Booking Fee

A NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE booking fee is required to secure your initial appointment. This amount will be credited towards your total.

We kindly ask if you cannot make your appointments, please extend the courtesy of texting or calling to let us know. You are not allowed to cancel for any reason. Should you decide to cancel, your booking fee will be forfeited.

You may reschedule your appointment via call or text up to 2 days (48 hours) before your appointment or your booking fee will be forfeited. A new booking fee will be required to book another appointment. You are allowed to reschedule only once. You may have to wait until my next availability. Please check your availability beforehand.

Late Arrival

If you arrive at your appointment more than 30 minutes late without notice, you will be considered a “no show, " resulting in forfeiture of your booking fee.

Photos & Videos 

Photos/Videos will be taken before and after as required by my insurance. They may be posted to my social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Website, etc. for marketing/advertising purposes. 

Perfecting Sessions

This session is a separate fee. Because results are unpredictable, it is recommended that you book your 6-8 week touch-up in advance. This is not required, but highly recommended. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BOOK THIS SESSION.

Health Clearance

Keep in mind when scheduling your appointment, Permanent Makeup is NOT recommended for those who have/are any of the following:

  • Under 18 years of age, even with parental consent

  • Pregnant or nursing

  • Individuals who are allergic to pigmentation or makeup

  • Skin irritations, rashes, sunburn, moles, Eczema or Psoriasis near the area to be worked on

  • Viral infections/diseases

  • Received Botox or filler 90 days prior to their appointment date

Please let your artist know if you are/have any of the following:

  • Prone to keloid scarring

  • Hemophilia

  • Epilepsy/seizures  

  • Pacemaker or major heart complications

Medical clearance from your Licensed Physician may be needed prior to your appointment.
