Sylwia Lichter

Sylwia Lichter is a pioneer in the permanent makeup industry with over 15 years of hands-on experience. As one of the first permanent makeup artists in New Jersey, she helped shape and elevate the standards of the field at a time when permanent makeup was just emerging. Her early adoption of advanced techniques and commitment to excellence have positioned her as a respected leader in the industry.

Fully licensed and certified, Sylwia continuously invests in her education, attending elite international masterclasses to remain at the forefront of innovation. She seamlessly blends the latest technology and techniques from New York and Europe, delivering results that are both modern and timeless.

Renowned for her precision and individualized approach, Sylwia believes permanent makeup should enhance— never overpower— natural beauty. In addition to her work as an artist, Sylwia is a licensed PMU trainer and educator. Nel Lichter

Nel Lichter is a certified Micropigmentation Specialist who began her professional training at just 18 years old, quickly distinguishing herself through a rare combination of scientific knowledge and artistic precision. Since entering the industry, she has pursued advanced education extensively, earning multiple certifications and training under leading experts through international masterclasses in Europe, New York, and Las Vegas.

Nel is best known for her refined Signature Satin Lip Blushing Technique, which she has perfected through years of hands-on experience and advanced study. Her approach emphasizes natural enhancement, color harmony, and long-term results—never a one-size-fits-all solution. Each treatment is carefully customized to the client’s natural lip tone, skin characteristics, and aesthetic goals.

What sets Nel apart is her strong academic foundation in science. She holds a Degree in Chemistry and is currently a student at Columbia University, majoring in Neuroscience on the pre-medical track. Her education provides a deep understanding of pigment composition, skin physiology, and cellular behavior, allowing her to approach permanent makeup with a level of precision, safety, and intentionality that goes beyond artistry alone.
